Weight Loss Challenge Marketing Program


Our Challenge marketing program is a tool that allows you to attract new members by posting an Ads on Google and social media sites about your weight loss program and challenge.

We provide a link for your ads that open a landing page with stories about the effectiveness of your weight loss program. Each story includes a hyperlink that opens a second landing page about your weight loss challenge. The challenge allows anyone interested in losing weight to pay a discounted fee to try your program for one of six challenge periods lasting between 21-days and 12-weeks. Challengers are entitled to three group training sessions a week, Core-22 with one-month of supplements, and use of the club as a member.

If they are interested, we ask them to schedule a 30-minute orientation to tour your club, learn how the program works, and find out how they can get it all free. To get it free, they must exercise for 45-minutes three days a week, follow the nutritional program as best they can, and provide a photo and success story we can promote when the challenge is over.  In return, your staff will do everything necessary to make sure the challenge works for them and the cost of the challenge will be apply toward a membership that allows them to continue losing weight with your help.

We present testimonials as evidence the program works, and ask them to schedule an appointment to visit the club and learn how they can get it all free.


5. MAKING THEIR NEXT STEP FREE AND EASY

They Will Schedule an Orientation Appointment

The goal of the landing page is to schedule a 30-45 minute orientation appointment. When someone clicks the Register Now button from the landing page, it opens a form where they choose one of the available dates and times.

They receive an immediate conformation text with appointment details. This also we have a mobile number so we can send followup text reminders the day of, and the day before, their appointment.


6. YOU CONTROL THE SCHEDULE

Set Your Schedule and Which Staff to Notify

Your Core-22 administrative portal allows you to set the days and times you want to schedule appointments. You can change the schedule at any time and it updates immediately.

You can also set specific dates to skip, e.g. holidays, and you can decide which staff to notify as each new appointment is scheduled.


7. TRACK APPOINTMENTS

Track the Dates and Times of Appointments. 

View and track current appointments and those that were cancelled or rescheduled.

Although we send them challengers a reminder text the day before and the day of their appointment, staff should also call the day before to introduce themselves. This puts the person at ease, makes a great first-impression, and increases the chances they keep the appointment.

If you show a potential challenger success stories, introduce them to others already achieving success, and they understand why the program works so well, they will want to try it.

Tell them what they get, what it costs, the available discounts, and explain that if they work out at least three times a week for the duration of the challenge, the entire cost of the challenge will be applied to a training-membership that allows them to continue.
