Your Challenge Orientation Schedule

Here are the upcoming appointments for the challenge

How does the challenge and this page work?

This page is where you can see who registered for a challenge. You also use it at the orientation to set the date and time they schedule to start.

Let me explain how this program is wired into your portal so you know how it works.

It all starts with a link that takes people to a landing page where they can schedule a free 30-minute orientation appointment.

The link can be used in a flyer, you can have it printed on business cards, and you can use it in Facebook and google add marketing programs.

When someone sees a promotion and clicks the link, it brings them to a landing page that has your name in the header. They can watch a video explaining that we are offering a free orientation and chance to get everything in the particular challenge free if they meet the challenge. We are very clear that the orientation is to tour the facility, discuss their goals, and to learn how meeting the challenge could result in a free challenge. This will be the most effective way to get them in without misleading them into thinking it's free without meeting the challenge. We also restate this in the text we send them to confirm their appointment.

When they arrive, you will click on their name to open a form to set their start date, time, and number of days they plan on using the club. We also want to know if you were able to sign them up for Core-22 as called for in the challenge.

Note: If you click the "Show More" link above and left of the chart, you can add prior appointments to the list.

When your submit their Challenge Set Up, it starts a campaign that:

  1. Sends them a text with a link to evaluate their orientation experience.
  2. Sends them a reminder text the day before and again hours before they start
  3. If they purchased core-22 they also receive a link with username and password to a portal where they will keep track of their weight, days and time exercising in the club, intensity, and everything else they would normally have on the Copre-22 program.  if they didn't purchase core, they get a bare bons version of that to keep track of the use of the club and weight.
  4. Once they start, they will continue to get a text every day asking them if they used the club and their weight. This data will be depicted on a graph for their weight and club use with statistics for average use of the club per week, total day using the club, and average intensity. You will also be able to view these graphs and statistics from your portal.
  5. The goal is to get them losing weight while working with a trainer so they can see the value and want to keep it going. If you use the upfront cost of the program to discount some kind of training membership, they will want to use it and it will be much easier to make a conversion. This is why it works better if the upfront cost is 400-600 rather than 200-300. The bigger discount amount works in your favor when it's time to convert to a package. And, they will want to continue with what they have been doing so create packages that allow them to do that.

What does the green check mark mean?

The green Confirmed check mark is there to indicate that we were able to send them a text and they clicked a link that took them to a web page that has your location, date, and time of orientation appointment. This way we know we can reach them and they have everything they need for the orientation when they need it.
