After years of research, trial and error, these principles are everything you need to know to lose and control your weight. There's a lot to learn so it will take some time but if you make the effort, you wont be disappointed.

1. Make your hypothalamus work for you 

Your hypothalamus has control over hunger, cravings, and your weight. If you know how, you can use it's power to help you lose weight and keep from ever gaining it back.


2. Eat the right food 

The quality and kinds of food you eat makes all the difference. The more you know about food, the better choices you can make and that is a key ingredient in losing and controlling your weight.


3. Boost your metabolism 

You have 37 trillion cells waiting to burn more calories than you can imagine if only you gave them the right combinations of nutrients.


4. Reduce hunger 

If you eat every time you get hungry, you are bound to be overweight. Once you understand the different reasons you get hungry, you can alleviate its cause before you are compelled to eat.
