Sky has worked in the fitness industry for over 17 years.  As fitness director of a large chain of clubs, he developed programs that combined exercise and weight loss to help his clients achieve their goals. His programs were so successful, they laid the foundation for what would become Core-22. Over the past four years he has focused exclusively on refining the program with his partner and close friend Dr. Schmitt.

Dr. Schmitt has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  He is the past president of the Maryland Chiropractic Association and Fellow of the International Chiropractic Association.  He and his partner Sky created Core-22 after years of study and experience helping patients and clients lose weight and keep it off. He is proud of what he and his partner created and the impact they are making in the lives of people finally getting their weight under control.
