The information you provide below will allow us to add you as a Core-22 affiliate referral partner. We will also use it to create the material you will need to promote the program. Be sure to look over the samples so you know how the information you provide will  be used. Once submitted , your business cards and signs will be printed and cannot be changed.

Promotional Material Includes:

1. Three 5 X 7 and three 8.5 X 11 acrylic desktop signs - These can be placed on a counter or desktop to let members know you have a weight loss program.  Each sign has a holder for your core-22 business cards.

2. Core-22 Affiliate Business Cards (Sample Below) - These are the card you will use with the acrylic desktop signs mentioned above. Cards contain your organizations primary discount code giving your member $50 off the price of the diet. You will be able to customize the card in a number of ways to meet you organizations needs. You can also order additional cards and cards customized for  your staff that would each have their own unique discount code. When someone uses their code to make a purchase you will know based on the discount code used. If you share commissions with staff it is a great way to motivate them to promote your diet and your organization in the process.

3. Affiliate Landing page (Sample Below) - This is the home page anyone you direct to the program will see when they enter your affiliate URL (web address).  As an affiliate, you will be marketing Core-22 as your organizations weight loss program.  When someone uses your URL to learn about and buy the diet, it generates a commission for your organization. It also tags the dieter as being associated with your organization so anyone they refer becomes associated with you as well and so on with each referral that come thereafter.

4. Affiliate Promotional Page - This page is used to promote your organization. When a dieter or supporter visits the wall of a dieter to leave a comment, they will see two buttons. One gives them access to your diet and the other tells them about your organization. Our goal is to bring new members to your organization. You will be able to change the description of your organization and your promotional offers as often as you like.

Your affiliate URL points to your Core-22 branded landing page. It will be printed on all Core-22 promotional business cards. When someone uses your affiliate URL to find out about and purchase the Core-22 program, it will generate a commission for your organization.

Please check the availability of your preferred URL using the tool below. URLs must be all lower-case and only contain letters, numbers, and the hyphen character (e.g. "24-hour-fitness"). Special characters and spaces are not allowed.
